Return Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of the order being delivered.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• The original packaging, seals, and included materials must remain intact.
• Opened, used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.

For Pokémon TCG products and other sealed collectibles, the product must remain sealed and in the same condition in which it was received.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We may request photos or other information to verify the condition of the item.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
