Shipping Coverage
We ship orders to valid addresses within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing and handling times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available. Customers can use the tracking number to monitor their shipment.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Poke Center is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.
